Adds the KMongo object mapping to the codecRegistry.
The official driver default registry is replaced by KMongoUtil.defaultCodecRegistry. For other registries, the bson-kotlin / bson-kotlinx data class codecs are filtered out, so that the KMongo object mapping is always used.
